2. Item Condition Requirements
All returned items must maintain original condition and be suitable for resale. This includes:
- Items must be completely unworn and unused
- All original tags must remain attached
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- Items must be free from damage, stains, or alterations
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided

While we don't process direct exchanges, our return and repurchase system is straightforward. Simply return your original item following our standard process, and once your refund is processed, place a new order for your preferred size or color. 7. Undeliverable Returns & Address Issues
If packages are returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or collection failures, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs and any re-delivery charges from your refund amount.
